Oil level too high

Quick question. Took car in yesterday to get oil changed. When I got home after car was warmed up I checked the engine oil in the iDrive to see it was yellow instead of green and stated engine oil is too high. I called dealer and they ensured me they used 9.1 versus 9.3 qts of oil. They said to drive it around for a couple of days to see if it goes down. If not, take it back to dealer. What I'm wondering is if it is just slightly over should I be rushing back to dealer or wait it out another day? I'm not driving it had, and have put about 25 miles on it since the oil change. Any advice is appreciated.

Personally, I would drain some. I don't trust dealers in the first place so them telling me they put in the right amount when the overfill light is on doesn't set well with me.
