Both set I have bought are not sticking out. Remember that these parts need to be fitted to the bumper with Beta Link or Double Side 3M adhesive tape. The car tape is the one I've used with no problems.

Mine sticks out, but nowhere near that much. I'm using 3M double sided tape in that area to try to bring it inside the car. Plus I also shaved parts where there were bumps that causes the trim to go outboard.

Still, at that price, I'm happy with the product. It's been on my car since July and no problems so far. Looking for a diffuser to finish complete the look.

i just ordered a set. hopefully mine will turn out right. check out the GTS rep diffuser from ebay seller cjbautofans. pretty cheap price and fitment is spot on according to a couple guys in another thread

idk man but my set does not have good fitment. maybe i got the bad batch. now i have to try contact them for an exchange or refund

Would you mind following up and telling us what your experience is dealing with these ebay vendors when the part is bad? I wonder if it's a total loss or if they stand behind their product.

i ended up trying to put it on instead of going thru all the hassle of returning. there are gaps but 3M tape solve the problem. however, there is 1 gap that worries me. it is the one on the right splitter in the back like the pic someone posted above. i am hoping the 3M tape will be able to hold it in place. if not I might have to try betalink...

Really like the price point of these replicas. Quality and fitment would be key, but sounds like the comments on this thread are largely positive. The VRS carbon fiber front lip and the Type II carbon fiber rear diffuser are at the top of my wish list.

Any other feedback on experiences with these items or JL Motoring in general?
