get lebron in lakers uniform. then you will see a dynamic duo with howard. i appreciate as much as anyone what kobe did for this franchise, but its time. he's the lone reason team will not play together. this alpha male attitude is wearing thin. the way he's throwing shots up leads me to believe that his main concern is his place among all-time scorers. lakers are pathetically predictable because opponent knows 99% of the time kobe is taking the shot. d'antoni knows this better than anybody, but chicken shit for keeping his mouth shut(evil look from kobe gets people fired around here). there's my rant( frustrated at wasted season).

I have been saying that all season. But all the Kobe fan boys kept defending Kobe and tell us that he is better than MJ.

Like I said before, there is no reason for Kobe to take 30 shots with this roster. Why is Gasol, Howard, Nash averaging less than 10 shots per game when Kobe gets 20-30?

Nash can get a shot off whenever he wants....I wish he would shoot more.

Typically when Howard has a low number of attempts, he gets double teamed so he passes it out. Howard still gets to the line a ton so he gets his touches. And over the season, his FGA are only down about 2 shots per game compared to his career avg....an expected number when joining a roster with more talent and weapons.

I'm not a big howard fan overall, but the lakers better hope they can resign him or they'll be a lottery team (with no actual picks) for awhile.

Being the best player doesn't mean you should take most of the shots. We are not talking about high percentages, wide open looks by Kobe. We are talking about low percentage, double team, fade away shots that Kobe takes on a nightly basis. There is absolutely no reason to take low percentage shots with 3 other future HOF teammates.

Are you for real. Check out his stats tonight. He was like 12 for 16 out of the gate. The dude sat on the bench for 3 minutes and the sorry ass team turned the ball over 3 times and couldn't make shit. If he wasn't on this team they would be as bad the Clips in the 80's. also heard a stat from John Ireland today and this is for all the Kobe haters that say DH12 should get more shots. He is the second highest in the NBA right now for getting the ball in the post. Not Kobe's fault the dude can't dunk the dn ball.
