when reading this thread puts a big smile on your face because you cant wait till yours arrive in a couple months so you can experience everything for yourself. i guess the wait makes it that much better. still, the anxiety is making me sick!

When a stranger climbs out of his white E36 M3, walks over, nevermind niceties, and introduces himself by saying "That has 400 plus horsepower, right?" With barely a pause, he continues with "I don't know what I would do with all of that power." True story bro, but I can't remember his name.

You should reply modestly, because your m3 won't be impressing any girl anytime soon. Unless you find the 0.0001% of girls that are gearheads and car fanatics, most girls will view an m3 as just another 3 series that they have already seen on the road a 19328947834738753485 times before. So you say, innocently enough, since the guy is like a walking M mascot, "wow, you must really love BMW M, which M car do you have?"

And he gives you a insulted look and says, "I don't have a M-car, I have a regular BMW"

And now it's a bit awkward so you just say "oh, OK then"
