carbon fiber mirrors

any difference between the bmw performance carbon fiber mirrors and some of the cheaper ones out there that vendors here are selling?

As others have said, definitely get the OEM. If you get aftermarket ones, you will end up taking them off or buying new ones at some point down the road. Mine eventually gave in to UV spotting and I took them off then ended up buying OEM.

Are there any aftermarket full replacement CF mirror covers? All the aftermarket ebay ones I've seen are stick on covers.

Do the aftermarket ones not fit good? I don't mind them being stick ons as long as it fits good right. This isn't a performance part so I don't really mind poorer quality as long as it looks the same. Or what do you guys think?

The ones I've seen stick out and look totally out of place. Wouldn't be surprised if they caused noise at high speeds from the wind.
