Had a guy brag like crazy about his e46 m3. He's like its not a BMW, its M3!! Wow. I still kept listening. He was my Gf's friends Bf who came over for the first time. Told them to go cuz he had to fill gas and we will catch up at parking. He went numb after i pulled my e92 m3 next to him.

I'm an old Guy, I started driving in 1970.
Back in the 70's, car guy's were friendly towards each other, and after an impromptu stop light to stop light race, You always got a friendly wave whether You won or lost.
These days , I usually get a FU face ,or a finger , or have a guy cut Me off, so now I don't acknowledge people anymore.

What's wrong with those Kids today?

it's due to the aging of the e46 m3, when i first got my e46m3 i used to get punkasses in e36 m3s want to race me all day long, dirty looks, all the same stuff. it's that simple, cheaper cars = younger crowd (in general). I won't lie when i first got my 325ci in high school i thought i was the SH!T! posting stupid stuff on forums all day, im glad they gave me a dose of reality or else who knows how much more trouble I would have gotten into

are you implying that e92> e46? do you go numb when a skyline or lambo pulls up next to you?

need to stop hating on your own fellow bmw owners. if someone wants to race or do stupid stuff, it is up to you to say yes or no.

and yes i know that some folks think they're all that bc they have an m3, but hey if it makes them feel better, boost their ego, they're obviously looking for attention. make the world a happy place guys, not a place filed with envy and hatred.

I will usually wave at other car enthusiasts. But that isn't always the case with the other side. A lot of younger people these days only want to win. They will look down on you because they want to feel superior.

If their car is faster, they will say "My car is better, I win" or else they'll say "His car is faster, but my car is better because... (insert excuse here)" It is just making up excuses to make themselves come out on top in any situation.

You obviously missed the point buddy. Not ranting but I just can't tolerate stupid people. The guy thought I probably drive a shitty car and kept raving about his e46 M3. He met me first time. For him, it was a big achievement to drive an e46 M3 at age of 26 with his own money. If you drive a Lambo or Ferrari at age 26, yes you are successful. Driving a $30k car is not. I am 25 and paid for my car on my own. And I know for a fact that I am way behind success.
