I just got a call from my dealer about a tire recall... anyone received a call ?

I know there was a very old tire recall for my '08 M3 regarding the Michelin PS2's....but by the time I received it, and got to a dealer, the stock tires were LONG GONE!

Something about possible cracks in the sidewall(???)....I can't "recall".

Could be the tire manufactuer issued the recall not BMW

i think so, im not sending the car as its in storage and i dont have the original tires anyways

As I mentioned, it had to do with the possibility of the tires having cracks in them... If your car's not an '08, it's not a concern. Even if your car is an '08, I doubt anyone has the stock tires anyways.

True and im sure everyone is running winters too. i dont know the point of the recall
