Anyone else bored at work? - Page 43

im just glad im one of the few that have it in me to stand up to the police when they are in the wrong.

don't get me wrong.. i respect them for putting their lives on the line for the general public, but they also carry a large responsibility- one to know the laws.

it bothers me when:
1- police offeicers don't know the basic rules of driving
2- police officers ask me my age (although i chuckle now that i think of what my response was..)
3- police officers threaten you with a ticket but never actually give you one unless you are breaking the law.

Agreed, some of them are just in a "i'm better than you" mentality or power drunk. Luckily all of my interactions with Law Enforcement are usually pretty good. (because of my job when ever anyone runs any information about me all they get is a big "nope go away you're not allowed to see this information" so they have no idea what the hell I do that "classifies" my info. so they get pretty respectful

one of my old bosses was in witness protection, and doesn't legally exist at all. i wish i had mafioso ties.

that's pretty badass. that's on a completely different level. Kinda like the top secret CIA ops and such that literally do not exist on paper. a few years back at my local high school a couple of Fed agents showed up and basically said. we need EVERYTHING you have on "x" and they wiped him clean. technically never went to school there. pretty crazy stuff.

Lol! Yeah...it sucks. However, I've gained about 8% body fat since Halloween. Overall about 12 pounds of actual fat to my body. So my new years resolustoin is to get back in shape and get in better shape than I was. I'm kind of a health nut and gym rat anyways.

I like my job and love the people I work with, but at 7am M-F I usually feel like packing it in, waking up is easily my least favorite part of the day. Not sure a new job would change that.

All the time. It's been getting harder and harder lately to motivate myself to do anything and getting up in the morning knowing what the day holds is nearly impossible.

Sadly, the guy I work for has meeting with young, pompus pricks all day long, and I get to watch "lesser" people have to kiss his ass all day, and then those people take it out on everyone else.
