Kidd was always a great Defender. MWP is old and still a great defender. It's the rest of the guys can't play any defense at all. Kobe is the worse. Every time he get's the ball stolen or blocked, he just stands there and whines. Never hustling to try and get the ball back.

I really don't know how you can lose with that lineup. Probably because Kobe takes 30 shots per game and Howard takes less than 10.

Kobe sure whines quite a bit... all he cares is scoring now... he saves all the energy just for that. I am surprised he still has that mentality even losing series mainly because the lack of defense. He's great, there's no doubt but I just wish he'd put more effort into defense, play less minutes if he has to. The thing is that, there's no help defense, with a team of older players, they need to have good help defense. I mean, look at Spurs... they are pretty damn old, too but they are great on defense as a team.

I just don't get how D12 doesn't get more than 10 attempts a game, I understand he doesn't want to get fouled and miss the FT's but they need to stuff the ball in more. They have 2 7 footers and can't even dominate the paint? Doesn't make sense at all! I understand why Kobe is taking all these shots, all the other guys don't have the confidence to take the shot and they are afraid of pissing Kobe off if they miss.

I'm okay with Kobe calling for the ball at times, but hopefully Nash will be able to waive him off later on if he wants. Late in the 4th, Nash was about to do a p/r with dwight, when Kobe called for the ball. Kobe didn't score, but the next two possessions were pick and rolls with nash and dwight where they scored.

The only bad thing is the heavy minutes with Nash and Kobe. Maybe Jamison can get some minutes at PF with say morris, meeks and MWP so kobe can get some rest.

Lakers tried to play inside out offense in the first quarter with D Howard. Then Kobe took over after that. Then you know what happens next..

Pau and MWP a combined 2/12 and 2 points each. WTF.

I love Pau but he is useless at this point and at 19mil, good god we need to do something.

I think Dwight should guard blake griffin most of the time. He poses a much better matchup compared to say MWP or gasol. When the lakers go big, I'd rather they put gasol or hill on deandre jordan.

I'm a laker fan through and through, but one thing I don't like about the clippers' offense at the end of games is that it's too much iso and too much reliance on CP3.

Kobe was lighting matt barnes up! I think if barnes hadn't played with a lot of these players, he would have gotten in Kobe's face more and in one instance not try to separate griffin and dwight when they locked arms. Nash is great, but if he was still injured, I'm sure Kobe would have gotten the ball a lot more (especially when he's hot) instead of the ball ending up in jordan hill's hands in the post in 4th quarter I believe.

Come on. You and I already know what happens when Kobe scores 30 points or more..

What really lacking is Kobe's defense. When the offense use pick and roll against Kobe he doesn't rotate. He just stands there and watch.

Youre right for the most part when he plays kobe ball. if you watched the whole game he had to guard cp3 (5 steals) while shooting 15-25. when hes efficient i dont have a problem with it at all. Tossing the ball to a passive pau when the shot clock is down results in a turnover and flailing arms or thinks hes dirk jacking up 3's.

take away kobes efficient night it would of been a blow out thats a fact.

why didnt you say this when they won 6 out of 7 games. inside out only works when the 3 ball is working.
