Thanks for the info. Interesting how the PSS10s are the only ones who have similar spring rates front and rear.

Great overview,

some questions:
- what is the use/relevance of the wheel rate as opposed to the spring rate?

- I'm used to spring rates in SI (Systeme Internationale) and they are defined as force / distance: [Newton / meter, N/m]. With Lb being mass and not force, how do the mentioned rates mentioned here translate to SI-units?

SI spring rate value = Imperial Spring Rate value *2.2046 (for Lbs-> Kg) *9.8 (for mass->force) * 0.0254 (for 1/inch -> 1/meter) any thoughts?

- Is there any comparative info on the (minimum e/o maximum) damper rates of these systems available? Both SI or imperial values are welcomed? SI -unit is force * time / distance: [Newton * second / meter, Ns/m]

Late reply but here it is anyway.

Wheel rate is what the car actually experiences due to leverage. Just like a car jack, it is much easier (less force) to jack up the car when you have a longer handle. Same principle applies.

lb here is pound-force. Just google xx inch per pound to newton per mm.

So many to choose from. I am gathering if I want to retain my EDC functionality, springs are the way to go.... Or just say screw it, and get a nice set of COs......

This is actually incorrect. Its actually the exact opposite. Most can lower much more in the rear.

Are there other spring rates for different option packages (say EDC vs non EDC) or E90 vs E92?
