Matte Charcoal Wrap

I bought my M3 a few months back. I use to have a e92 335i that I did a Matte Silver vinyl wrap on about a year or two ago. This time I went with a Matte Charcoal Metallic. I just finished it up last night. This is just a shitty iphone pic but I should have a few more once I get it cleaned up after the weather breaks.

Nice! And I usually don't much care for matte.

That looks sick!!! I live the way matte looks. How much would you charge to install it on my e92 m3?
Thanks

Took me about 11 hours start to finish. That includes taking everything apart like door handles/etc.

wow amazing. 11 hours is really fast. By the way is taking the door handle really easy or hard? do you have instructions on that for me please.

Not hard but it can be tricky. Typically when I do vinyl wraps I take apart as much as possible. Handles, grilles, emblems, tail lights, etc.

Check out that link, it shows how to take them off. If you need extra help just PM me.

When I first started wrapping cars it took a lot longer than 11 hours. Lol.

I heard taking the door handle off is the easy part but putting it back in is really difficult. Thoughts?

Putting them back together is harder. If you unscrew the lock part too far and it falls into the door it can be a nightmare. In all honesty though, if its done right you can have them off and on in like 2 minutes. It literally is one screw. Everything else clips together.

Ya I am in the process of picking something out. I had a set of VMR V710 on my old 335i, but I was thinking maybe something different this time around.

Wow, that's really impressive. I love the color, looks great!

Apologies if you already answered this, but what color did you do the roof? While it might have been kind of 'poser'-ish, maybe the roof in a carbon fiber wrap would have looked kind of neat with the matte charcoal.

Anyway, really great job, and I can't believe how fast you did it. Are there any parts of the car you're not happy with, or is it basically mistake free?

The roof is 3M Scotchprint 1080 Carbon Fiber. From a distance it just looks black, but in person or in pictures closer up it looks carbon.

I am happy with the whole car, it is basically mistake free. It is vinyl, so there are limitations but I am pretty particular about edges/etc.

I will try to remember to take some pictures of the jams this week. The car is Jerez Black so I personally don't think the jams look bad still black. Other colors may look odd, but overall I am happy with it.
