Talking ///M Owners in New England

Any ///M Owners in the New England area here? I'm sure there are but haven't seen much of them on the road lately.

Maybe cars are stored for the winter? Can it be spring already please

I am a Maine owner. Been driving it off an on. Mostly the X5 though due to my car being to low for how much snow has been on the road but still take it out for a spin locally.

I've been out when it hasn't been raining but the SUV is getting more miles these days.

Just really wish it was spring already. Mine isn't getting much usage either.

My M3 is put away for the winter as it's not a daily driver. Missing driving it already though.

I'm in Braintree. I usually don't drive mine during heavy snow. But just put new conti DWS on so I could drive it more this winter since I put a blower on it about 2 weeks ago. I don't want to wait till spring to break it in so mind as well do it when it's not ideal spirited driving/track conditions.

There are a few M guys around...certainly not west coast or like in NJ/NY but there is a few!

Mine is a Jerez black e90 FWIW. Yellow brembos. Hard to not co fuse this with the 3 million 335s around here!

Hit me up anytime guys

Nice man! At least you get to drive that beauty. Mine is put away for now. Sometimes I'm tempted to take it out for a quick spin but I know she doesn't like the cold.

I know right? Too many 335's around. Not saying it's a bad car but I wish we had more M's around or at least modded 335's.

Nice upgrade with the brakes! How do they handle?

The brembos are night and day comparison to the stock binders. Very little fade and brake fluid doesn't boil if you take it in the track. For daily driving they are fine and progressive not too much bite.

I don't drive mine that much at all in the winter. Picked up an Audi TTRS for my daily driving in January this year as I was putting too many miles on the M and gas mileage sucked.

The TT gives me great gas mileage, all wheel drive for the winter time and I enjoy driving it on a daily basis. Thought about an SUV or something along those lines, but in our crazy car minds the TT somehow seemed practical!

Very fast car, but the M as we all know is just something special. TTRS can make any average driver feel like the STIG.

Ill be interested to see which car is quicker once I break the blower in. TT is at stage 2+ right now and gets to 100 in a hurry.

Shoot me a PM anytime. Would love to meet up and go for a drive, coffee whatever

I live in the Portsmouth, NH area... And the E90 ///M is currently located in the garage, where it belongs until spring.

The 550 will see some snow driving this year. But, the Rover is now on active duty.

I live in Hudson NH, I take the M usually on weekends if and only if there is no snow and temperature is in the 40's.

What tires do you have on?

I just saw a blue E46 M3 crossing over the border to NH on Rt3 today, debadged. Going quite slow in the right lane

I don't own an "M" yet but will be placing an order within the next few weeks for April/May delivery. Back-n-forth on color and MT vs. DCT.

Go Manual. I would never consider a DCT/Auto after test driving one.
