Just wanted to introduce my team and let forum members know about our shop in the Bay Area. Hopefully we can help local members with some of their BMW service and performance needs.

Details about our shop:
We provide service and support for BMW owners looking to maintain, upgrade or even build the BMW of their dreams. We are passionate car Enthusiasts with over 30 years combined experience that is applied to every service we offer. Our shop has been built to the highest standards, using the best quality tools by experienced and factory trained Technicians. It is our goal to provide a very high level of automotive service to our customers. We only work on BMW and have experience with every generation from the 1970s to present. All service is by Appointment Only. We are located in Pleasanton, CA near historic downtown Pleasanton. Our shop is designed to cater to the customer and we welcome them to watch as they wait. Our shop is kept so clean, you will immediately feel our attention to detail the moment you walk in the door.

Services/Parts we provide:
Whether it is scheduled oil service, brakes, inspections/conditional services or diagnostic. Maintenance parts are always factory, OE+ or better. We offer AutoLogic custom coding, diagnostic and troubleshooting. Our performance services and parts suggestions will be based on experience and the customer's needs. Our shop is an Authorized Dinan Dealer/Installer, AST and Vorshlag Dealer, BBS and Brembo distributor. We will also find and source most parts you are looking for within reason. We offer track car setup, complete turn key track car solutions and sponsorship for qualified competing customers. To aid in driver development and car setup, we also host private track day outtings with coaching. We are CCA, CFRA, PDC members and attend many performance events throughout the year to support customers. One thing we don't do is push parts, we prefer to listen to the customer and do our best to satisfy their needs.

Hi Joe, Im surprised that you haven't post much on the forums. Trung here with the black E92 M3.

I do recommend BMW owners from the Bay Area to visit PT. They do great works and shop is just as Joe described, sparking clean, even the bathroom! I recently moved back to the Bay Area from LA and needed a shop to get some works done on my car, alignment, exhaust install etc. Most of the place are closed on saturday and a friend of mine recommended PT (open til late afternoon), gave it a try and the shop took great care of my car.

Joe, I might need you guys to take a look at my gf's E46 325i, belt might need to be replaced, small cracks on it. and some leaking issue need to be looked at as well. Will call you next week.

Outside of the BMW dealerships, the guys at PT are the ONLY people I let touch my e60 M5. They are very professional and knowledgable in what they do. Excellent customer service as well and great turnaround times.

I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their BMW!!

We recently expanded our shop by 2500 sq/ft, for a total of 4200 sq/ft which includes private storage for track car customers. We also installed Hofmann Alignment, Mount and Balancer. We were on the fence with which equipment to buy, the Hunter is pretty standard for the industry. The Hofmann Optima II balancer cost more than a Road Force Hunter, but it uses more modern 3D imaging to replace the mechanical Road Force roller. So we went with Hofmann. After having it installed for a little over a month now, we've balanced a lot of wheels that were previously done on a Road Force. Our customer feedback has been nothing short of great. In addition to our new aligner and 4 post rack, we also offer wireless corner balancing for track minded customers.

Our staff has also grown to include 2 new BMW factory trained Technicians in addition to our Technical Director/Head Technician. We can cover any and all of your performance and maintenance needs all by appointment in one of the cleanest shops in the Bay Area.

Our new facility and services will be on display at our open house this Dec 15, 2012. I hope some of you can make it out. We welcome any and all BMW owners.
