supposidly the boat is docking in halifax Canada tomorrow the 26th which is 1 day ahead of schedule... then it goes to NY which is really the NJ ports..

I didnt want to sign up for AIS ... it seems like its a PITA to do ..and im afraid to get billed 3k for usage which apparently is their going rate

whoops that site is free but hasnt contacted my boat since the 20th...

it is scheduled to dock in Canada today .

then guessing it shoots down to NJ in a day or so ?

good news is from the NEAT port in NJ to the dealer is only 36 miles..

but then once the PDI it at the dealer my SA has to drive it down to meet me at Porsche in Edison which is 56 miles...

yea sometimes it stalls, but if you keep refreshing it does update...but ya i hear ya....man i had to wait this shit out during Sandy...but surprisingly idk I kinda lost sight of time and before i knew it it arrived...the hardest part was waiting for it to go from baltimore to NYC

yeah sandy definitely made time fly by yet went by so slow... i had no power for 2 weeks it was pretty fucked up around here..

once it docks im gonna reach out to my SA again and see if he has more info

its docked in canada.. according to this info only supposed to be docked there for 2 hrs and then head out (idk if that is accurate or not)

then its going to NJ... I cant see canada to NJ via boat taking more than 24 hrs personally?

Going to visit mine at the dealer which is about 1 mile away from me helps me cope with the wait. Unfortunately, since I am taking delivery of a US Spec car in England, I can't just drive it away from the showroom floor.

The dealer had to submit customs paperwork which should return shortly, then they will need to get the vehicle licensing agency to issue a tax disc so I can drive the car on the road. They tell me that I may be able to take her home on Saturday or maybe Monday.

I wonder if the dealer is getting tired of seeing me... lol.... oh well.

I doubt it. I dumbed over $28,000 in my Pontiac GTO bumping it up to 450 rwhp/414 rwtq. It was cool for the first 3 years; however, the older I got, the more uncomfortable it got. The car was very taxing on me, driving it in traffic.

I promised the wife, I wasn't going to mod this car like I did with the GTO. If I was, I do not think she would have been okay with me getting it.

Yeah my sales agent is doing just that! he even reminded the center not to drill holes on my front bumper for the plates cuz I'm getting the tow plate holder for it.

my apologies, between driving and sleeping i havent been living up to my promise...i actually tried posting the other day in the other thread...and apparently i had to re-edit the dimensions of the pic, me being lazy i haven't doen that yet...i will now and re-post lol!

My car is finish and I just got my vin #. Now I will have to wait for it to be shipped. SA said the car might get here by january. Hope this is true and the waiting game continues.
