You probably shipped it ground mail. i had a vendor on here ship an item to me via ground mail, expected delivery time 4-26 weeks.

Ok so I emailed **********s before I started this thread and requested a quote for the VMR 710 wheels shipped to APO because I ordered thru PYspeed 12 days ago and still my order hasn't been shipped and I'm planing on cancelling the order if the order is not shipped by tomorrow. Well I got a reply back with a $325 for shipping alone; I replied back asking why is shipping so high when it is a domestic address, the reply I got was that they can do it for cheaper $180 Parcel but still no explanation on how they figured the shipping charges. If any one knows of another vendor that has the wheels with reasonable shipping charges let me know. I think that from now on I'm gonna offer to the vendors to just give me the Dimensions, weight, and their address and I'll prepaid the shipping online with USPS.

No that is not me and I have no relationship to that seller other than I met him at a car meet. It would solve your wheel needs and Apex has a good reputation.

As far as shipping to APO, I will confirm that Turner and IND are good guys to deal with. Both shipped no problem and came in less than a week. Can anyone confirm that putting NY as the state will work in online order forms?

The problem is that I'm currently deployed but being ordering upgrade parts so they can be waiting on me to get back. I got 2 1/2 months left before I redeploy. I sent an email to the vendor and just got a reply that they are trying to push my order out. I think that I got lied to because I was told the wheels were in stock and I don't think they were! I pleced the order 12 days ago.

Ah I see, so is that your demo MW coupe sitting outside pentagon right now? Might be time to go take a test drive... Just kidding, I am sure she will be waiting for you in one piece when you get back. I got a demo also but mine was registered and never driven so demo discount but no miles. At least you will be getting back just in time to build her up and let it rip.

Sometimes if items are shipped overseas they also get put on a damn ship and that takes 2 months to get to Germany... sucks balls.

Yeah but this is why we pay for Priority shipping so it won't be shipped by vessel!!! 5 to 7 days delivery!!! Bottom line is that USPS charges as if you are shipping within the lower 48 States Priority so why are the vendors charging 3 times more its rates?

JP, have used NY for state on a couple of things with no issues where on-line form wouldn't take AE. Just put the AE in the same line after APO.
