All supercharged M3's are not created equal. I made 521 wheel with just the blower, and then 570 wheel with the addition of a catless x-pipe and 95 octane. More like 650 crank upon conversion.

345 section rears....good lord. Extremely impressive run from both cars, im not a vette fan but theyre so damn fast.

This Z06 is owned by Robert@Vishnu. The motor is built and made 583 RWHP on a conservative dyno and 615 RWHP on an optimistic one. The Z is also lightened and weighs 3,200 lbs with Robert in it. It's widended and runs 345 tires in the rear. It is one of the most intimidating cars you will ever see.

This same Z06 beat a ZR1 at the Trona Airstrip Attack.

While it looks like he's shifting slow...he really isn't. It's just that the DCT doesn't give up anything on the shift.

This is a nice combo with the DCT and the ESS VT2 600 with the MRF x-pipe. So simple that the car performed flawlessly during the event (can't say that about a lot of other cars) and just makes some great power.
Yep, I know those c6 z06's can do. Doesn't add up at all but yet again anything can happen on the street

This is what should happen against any modded z06, with the distance getting worse and worse as the speed climbs (me in z06 vs zim's vt2-650):


I had a really hard time pulling on a STOCK z06, and I managed to trap 132:


Once again, anything can happen - especially on a dusty airstrip where AWD GTR's are struggling for traction!

Doesn't matter if he had 4 fingers and 3 passengers, with that amount of power in a 3200lb car the M3 simply doesn't stand a chance whatsoever IMHO...power to weight is too much to overcome.

I think the most a stock motor blown m3 realistically could handle is a tune/intake z06..once headers are thrown in (as well as anything else) it's over from my experience

The M3 is not making 600 crank HP, it's actually making around 680 crank HP.

I was not expecting that result either...i was expecting it to look more like the video of the yellow z06 that was posted. Either way, pretty good run! I'm really not sure why you guys think the z06 was shifting so slowly....jamming gears does not necessarily mean you're going faster, specially in that 2nd-3rd shift. The vette will light up the 345s no problem! I used to spin my 315 RE11's on my 370Z with much less torque. Smooth = fast.

Good discussion guys, and most of you make great points. Adam didn't just run one modded C6 Z06 though he ran two, as well as other cars that probably should have pulled him. So Adam's car is performing better than I thought for sure. Adam also ran even with Ryan@shift-s3ctor's Cammed C6 Z06, which pulled the VT650 Arkym car at the last airstrip event 2+ cars (vid below). So it appears his car is just as fast, probably faster. Also Ryan's Z06 in the below vid, pulled a intake / tune C6 Z06 last weeked by 3 cars, so it's running right where it should be.

As far as Robert's Z06, I do think the passenger slowed him down probably a car or so, and that he probably could have shifted a little faster, but he still did well and was creeping ahead at the end. His Z06 did not spin the tires, it was a clean run, he had full traction. Either way, Adam's car is moving well.

Isn't your Z making 650whp? I have no doubt your Z would pull Adam's car, lol, it's an animal and cleary you know how to drive it. Agreed, anything can happen, especially on the street, but this was an open Airstrip, no other cars around, controlled, etc. It's hard to dismiss all the controlled runs, comparo's that we did. Not every run was clean of course, but this run was as was his run with Ryan's Cammed Z06. He ran multiple cars, same day and we can compare those other runs as well with more precision, so that's about as controlled as you can get when comparing these cars and lessons a lot of variables.
