Tropic Tint Place in Union,NJ

I had been to this place last week... Had my new car tinted.. To be honest i was satisfied with the job they did however they are terrible with their appointments and service...

I made an appointment with him prior to my visit and once i got there the guy told me to wait 1-2 hours because he had other cars to finish first.. So whats the point of making an appt !!!

I didn't make this an issue since i was already there and thought this might be a misunderstanding bla bla...

Today I went there again for my brothers car and same thing happened!! i made an appt on Wed for Saturday 9am and confirmed with him not to delay things.. I got there this morning and guess what !!! He told me to wait until noon time because he has other cars..!!!!

Long story short, lesson learned. I dont care how good they are, this is not acceptable. I have too much to say but i let u guys decide..

Believe it or not...this is fairly common.

My tint guys are personal friends of mine and sometimes I gotta hang out for an hour before they get to me or my friends car. Sometimes jobs take longer than expected. Nature of the beast I suppose.

Don't think anything of it. You tint your car once every 5 years roughly, so it's not too bad.
