With all that's said.. I installed my springs today, and took me and a buddy a little under 2 hours.
Time spend FL: 45 mins FR: 30 mins RL: 20 mins RR: 15 mins Install was expedited with the help of this DIY: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=183011 And so far I am Very happy with the results. It's Just Right with the drop all around.. ![]() ![]() I will post better pics after I give her a wash. I'm also gonna have my PSS's put on on Monday F:255 R275. I'm also running 12mm MS Spacers all around, I wonder if the added 10mm in the rears would rub with the spacers on. Anyways, its late, goodnight

I just got my car back from Malek at MRF engineering. He milled the strut support/mounts, installed the eibachs and e36 bumpstops and peformed an alignment.
I took my car for a 30 min drive around orange county and I have to say its sweet. Its slightly firmer than stock. Hitting high speed bumps feels the same as before (which may be due to the extra travel from the milled strut mounts). Cornering is much better and stays flatter. Small bumps or potholes ride like stock. The car feels much more sporty and connected to the ground. Still a far ways from the feel of my old Cayman S but its getting closer. I'm should have done this mod 30k miles ago.

With the awesome help of elm3 I got my springs/spacers installed today. I'm liking the stance.

David, your car looks badass, I love the stance with the spacers and the ZCP wheels. I can't wait to put my wheels back on. We need to talk more about getting the supercharges for our cars.

Just looks off and not right, thus most people after a few weeks to months move back to OEM suspension or coilovers. But if you are happy with it then thats all that matters really. |

It sure beats the gap of stock height. and for daily drivability, I am happy, fits my cup of tea...

Keep in mind it also depends on how much you lower the car on OEM dampers. If you have a ZCP car and you move on to a Eibach Pro kit it only lowers the car an additional .3", this will have very little to no ill effects on the ZCP dampers as they are already setup for a .4" reduction in ride height.
The general rule of thumb is don't lower the car more than 1" from OEM and you won't have issues with the OEM dampers. Dave

I'm lowered on HR sport springs I lowered it at 15k miles. Now it's at 26k miles and the car is solid. Rides good. With EDC
