You sure its pulley slip and not your transmission? I havent seen pulley slip from any ESS car around here ever (unless maybe the stage 3's with higher boost).

Yes, i always hear the belt slip noise at least 2nd to 3rd, not neccessarly on full throttle!

Feels like the sc pulley disengages for a second and then the power is back again!

Youtube DLSJ5 and check out his video with the VT3 dyno/acceleration runs, you can clearly see his transmission slipping at high rpm in third gear - is yours similar to that?

Man, the car and the supercharger run perfectly fine. No clutch slipeage or so.

The car runs solid through all the gears. Its only when i shift and not always. Although i never experienced that when i had the 6psi pulley..

What size pulley and belt do you have ?

Silver pulley 6.5 psi, belt provided by ess.

Again there is no slip through the gears. Only when shifting..

Shoot me an email. If it is the belt that is slipping the factory tensioner might be allowing a little too much slack. You can always replace the tensioner or go down one size on your belt if needed.

Never mind just saw that ur DCT,
Take off your bypass valve use a vacuum tool to suck air so the piston lifts then release and see how fast your piston shuts , if it closes slowly that's your problem

Thanks for the ino, so if the BPV piston shuts slowely that means it needs to be changed?

Thanks Roman, will get the tensioner checked by the dealer and let you know.
