I must admit, I still try and keep my cars clean. I've always resorted to 3M adhesive remover to get off the rubber marks which takes your wax off and isn't very clear bra friendly.
Then someone turned me on to Mother's R3 which works really well in getting the rubber marks AND bugs off. Below is a short video of me getting off a 5 month old rubber mark. Sorry for the weird noise ![]() No one local had it...got mine from Amazon.com ![]() ![]() |

it works well, but feel like it strips some wax. when you spray it, it acts like iso alc on the car. it does remove though, except for this one giant mark on my car from a magnetic banner coming loose and landing across my hood. mad.

Had a chance to try the Mother's R3 stuff this evening. Works really well. Spray on, let it sit for a few seconds, and wipe it off.
No more using my fingernail and a cloth! Woo hoo! I got off some marks that I'd pretty much written off as permanent. |
