My friend has an '08 M3 with the G Power SK II Clubsport kit. He just picked up a 458 Italia and he wants me to have his M3. Do you know if there is any effort by any of the dealers toward making this kit 50 state compliant?

Beautiful kit. Your compressor detaches when you're not boosting, right? Is this similar to an a/c compressor clutch?

Yes, clutch is on the pulley.

That feature coupled with the Torque of the ASA is unmatched.
