When I had my windows tinted after delivery, I went to a tint shop that happens to do all the BMW work from the dealership. Not only are BMW prices higher, but they do not offer the best film that the source can offer.

This delivery, I'm having BMW deliver the car to the shop for my pick of film install, at a lower price, before taking delivery.

Ya, Tint Protector sell the BMW felt kits. Some people say ceramic tint doesn't scratch but that's bull. My M3 had a super high end 3M ceramic tint put on and in less than three weeks I saw vertical scratches all over the drivers window.

I put my window down almost every time I'm in the car though.

After I put on the Tint Protector moleskin and had the drivers side window tint replaced under warranty NO MORE SCRATCHES!
