What a silly comparison. M3 is superior no matter if Mercedes-Benz AMG fitted a jet engine in that Black Series or whatever. A BMW M3 is built with passion on motorsport history and racing soul. The M3 is focused on balance with the right amount of power and a stability to die for. AMG just fits a more powerful engine on each of its classes, modifies the bumpers and brakes, then calls it AMG Black Series.

Anyways and going extremely eccentric, BMW proved in DTM that the M3 is still the King of the Ring. AMG and Audi go home and learn from your BMW Masters a bit of that know-how (yawning)...

Hate to break it to ya. But the DTM car has zero to do with any roading going car.

It is a spec car, that actually shares a large percentage of parts with its competitors Audi and Benz.

It would have been interesting to see how Salo had done in the M3. I think that lap had been faster than the one he did in the merc.....

Touring Car driver vs Ex F1 driver
drag race- they should have switched at some point
drifting is natural to any F1 driver
F1 driver almost mounts the car in barrier wall (he is really pushing it) and is only .3 ahead?

The Mika should have skipped the drift test, he looked as if he would shit himself.
Bring in a real drifting driver from Japan to rip it up...

It almost felt like they wanted to AMG to win in the series.

At the end of the day, its up to what people want...

Yes. And anyway drifting being part of a comparo is silly! Moreover, lap timing has to be measured via the same driver on both cars.
M3 any day baby...

if you want a precise track car then get an M3, the M3 is like surgeon who will cut and slice the road precisely and deliver it to you very accurately. a perfect perfect machine.

On the other hand the Merc is a butcher that will try to the same as the M3, but it will use a machete instead of surgeon blade and it will end up making a big mess and it will throw the road at you heads first.

I drove a black series before and you will never understand the term "Torque is one hell of a drug" until you drive a Black.

Personally for daily drives and no track days, I will take the black and enjoy the sound and terror but for track days NO WAY.. M3 is the KING AND WILL BE THE KING. unless you want to spend more money and go to 911 Turbo S.

The C-class coupe is pretty ugly in general. Very Honda Accord-esque toward the rear.

BUT! When you see the C63 AMGBS on the road it definitely has a menacing look to it. It's got a muscular stance and is definitely intimidating.
