If you mean order one from BMW already painted, then no.

No offense to this but I wouldn't buy something this large already painted regardless of the shop. Even if the paint is done well, there is no way to make sure the color will match. I would stick to having it painted at your local shop to make sure the color is correct.

Ofcourse not..you think the factory is on stand-by painting individual parts? As others said find a reputable body shop, you will be fine.

There was a time long ago that you could source factory pre-painted bumpers. The primary reason was that the bumpers are already painted separately during the mfg process. Body, hood, trunk and doors are painted together during production. Best bet is to have it done locally while it is attached to the car to look OEM inside and out.

yep, you want the paint to match. Any good shop should be able to get it right

As production moves along (in time), the factory receives new batches of paint. There may be slight variations from batch to batch so even a factory painted hood may not match.

Regarding IND and their matching abilities, my IB Euro bumper painted by IND is a 100% match in my eyes and I am really picky about paint matching. Other colors may be different. I have noticed that their AW painted reflectors are slightly off.

We could do a OEM style Carbon Hood painted to match the factory color Just have to follow our supreme color match painting procedure (or send your fuel door to us).
