Lease takeover: 2011 Mitsubishi Evo X GSR

Hi, I am trying to help a friend to find someone to take over his current lease because he's going to oversea for good. There will be no incentive offered because this car only has about 6000 miles currently but supposed be 9000 miles by now based on 1000 miles per month. Car is located in So. Cal, Rowland Heights area. Please let me know if you know anyone who is interested.

Car: 2011 Mitsubishi Evolution X GSR (5 Speed Manual)
Exterior: White
Interior: Black
Current mileage: 6,000 miles approx. (LOW mileage)
Lease term: 36 months / 36,000 miles
Lease ends: 03/24/2014
Monthly payment: $500.12 ($459.88 + tax $40.24)
Mods: HKS Turbo suction pipe and HKS Drop in air filter (Stock turbo suction pipe and air filter will come with car.)
