I am no personally criticizing your decision. I think you did good. if you are comfortable with what you paid thats all that matters. most of the people as you can see on here wouldn't even pay msrp for the car, or so they say. so to each his own. congrats on the car, I love it.

Thanks! I wish I had considered putting the black rims on since a couple of pics I have seen really add to the car.

yes the black wheels makes a huge difference to me as does these.

Did this LRE come with the Black Wheels? If it did, the dealer is glomming the $2,495. If it didn't, Powder Coat costs a dealer a max of $400.

BTW I was under the impression that all of them are 6MT???

Also noticed no black wheels on it.

Not all of them come with Black wheels due to shortage in supply. Some dealers were stuck getting the silver wheels bc the black wheels where already accounted for. They come in 6mt or DCT depending how the dealer built them.

Had the car for a week now, have had so many nice comments from people who see the car. Took the car to the Nascar race Charlotte Saturday and took a photo at Rock City camp site. Also took to state fair Sunday and parking attendent looked at the car and let me park at the front of the lot.

These cars are definitely out at the dealers now... BMW Rockville had one in the showroom, silver wheels, sticker around $82k.

It looked stunning, good thing I didn't have my M with me or I might have traded it in lol... The only real flaw with the car for my taste is the DCT.

Saw one last weekend while I was getting service and really liked it. I do think they missed some key things like not putting the CF mirror caps on or the gloss black front grills. Seems like while nice they completely missed some details as noted.
