Where in SoCal to get carbon fixed?

Well, bought a BMW front splitter but did not get the clear bra. Biggest mistake ever. Now the rock chip has white spots on the carbon. From far away, it's not too obvious. But close up, it does not look too good. Does anyone know shop in SoCal that can fix rock chips on carbon?

If the carbon itself is damaged, there is no fix other than to fix with fiberglass, prime and paint. If it's just the clear, then any body shop can fix.

I would want to see some pics of the damage before recommending someone.
