HELP! Are my factory PS2 directional?

I am embarrassed to ask this question, but I can't find any indicator on the side wall other than "outside" but I was under the impression these tires were directional. I have a wheel vibration issue that I can't solve and I'm thinking the dealership put my wheels on reversed. How to tell on these tires?
