Well I have had it a weekend and have gotten about 10 people commenting her in Canada while visiting the inlaws. Everything from is it super charged to the color is amazing. Lots of thumbs up too on highway

I was at a 350Z/370Z meet (used to own one) and a female LA County Sheriff officer rolled through the meet. She kept saying she wanted that BMW right there and was pointing to my car lol! She told me she'd trade her cruiser for it! When I asked her if that meant I could go as fast as I wanted, lights and sirens, she said "sure I don't care" haha!

i dont know if it is a good thing or not....since my car color combo is loud...ronald mcdonalds as everyone is saying here...but i can see on they're faces that they appreciate the unique style...8/10 always gives me a thumbs up..even audi drivers on the road honk and gives me thumbs up.
M3 forum members probably the most hard to impress of all since they are used to superchargers,vorsteiners,brembo,HREs,BBS kind of mods.

We had a 'normal' Jerez Black M3 and I used to get a lot of thumbs up in Luxembourg and I also saw people taking photos of it. Probably because in 2008 there weren't yet many of them on the streets. My husband has another theory - he thinks I got the thumbs up because "a woman is not meant to drive an M3"

Apparently girls can drive a Mercedes SL/SLK, Porche Boxter or Mazda MX5 but not the M3. Yeah right

We'll see the reactions in couple of months, there's not tons of M3s around in Belgium either... and I'm back
