Holy shit, another one?
As for the 636, it retains the current zx6r tail section, frame, swingarm, tank various other parts. Essentially a big bore 636 engine with an updated front cowl and fairings to look similar to the current zx10r. |

Only got in 3 this year, but today was less than 2 weeks from the last one. Great day, but I'm spent now (probably because I'm "old").
![]() I have to say, if I could get in 5 or 6 a year, I don't know if I'd ride the street anymore. Sure fills the "need for speed", and being on the street afterwards is such a let-down.

New ZX6R. Kawasaki is coming guns blazing. TC and ABS on a SS bike is the beginning of a new trend. Styling looks great as well. Following in line with the ZX10R.
http://www.motorcycle.com/manufactur...iew-91423.html And now the 300R. Slipper clutch and ABS on a beginners bike is the new precedent yet again. Look at the cockpit on this thing, looks badass. Again, following in with the ZX10R styling and looks like the baby ZX6R/ZX10R. http://www.motorcycle.com/manufactur...iew-91424.html |

I picked up my first bike a couple of weeks ago. It's a '73 CL350. It's currently down to the frame getting built back up slowly. I don't even think I took a good picture of it before teardown ...

^ congrats. She looks great and I'm sure rides even better.
IIRC from earlier in this thread you were asking about a first bike. Just make sure you get some good gear to go along with your nice bike (if you haven't already) ![]() Ride safe! Just put ~200 miles on my bike today - such beautiful weather and perfect temps.

Just got back from Motorland Aragon yesterday. Three days on track, and got some one on one instruction from Neil Hodgson.
What an incredible circuit. Ill throw some pics up when I get a chance.

As someone said above iirc, "how much money does it take to do what i do?" All of it. I may not be building a savings right now...but im posted here for a total of 2 years. This is my break from 5 years of sea duty. More than likely I will never ever have these opportunities again in my lifetime, so Im taking full advantage while I can. Dont want to look back at my time here and think coulda, shoulda, would of. As it stands now, there are only two GP/WSBK circuits on the Iberian peninsula which I have not ridden on. I live about 30 minutes away from Jerez, so I am on that track usually a couple times a month.
