255/30/20 f - 305/25/20 b. 9.5/11.5 Klassen wheels. No rub at all even with 4 people and 150lbs of luggage in car. Can anyone help me out if I can put 325/30/20 in the back. I am not lowered. 305 is not enough tire for 11.5 or is there a fatter tire that comes in 305 than hankooks except ps2's? I wanted to put 265/30/20 and 325/30/20 dunlop sport max gt's. Front should be ok but I m worried about back. Help me out pls? |

Maybe I'm missing something, why do you want such huge wheels? What is the point, your killing the car both performance wise and handling. Are you compensating for something?

2009 e92 M3 Wheels: 220M Suspension: Stock Tires: LM60 245/40/19 Front 275/35/19 Rear Front tires have about 9/32 tread left. Thanks for the input! |

Adding 30lbs to your unsprung weight can place more stress on your handling, braking, and acceleration. With an extra 30lbs you probably lost 0.5 - 1 second of acceleration (1 second is drastic). I know it doesn't seem like much but just throwing it out there.

Car: 09 E90
Wheels: OEM 220M Spacers: TMS 15mm (F) / 12.5mm (R) Tires / Miles: OE Continental Contisport Contact 3 - (F) 245/35/19, (R) 265/35/19 Suspension: KW V3 lowered about 1.2" all around EDC Setting: N/A Alignment: Just lowered on KW V3's, going to the alignment shop today Fender Modifications: trimmed rear fender liner on both sides due to rubbing. Also trimmed the plastic tab behind the passenger side fender liner. Rubbing?: Front passenger side tire touches the fender liner slightly when front wheels are turned almost all the way to the right. Not a big deal since I hardly make U-turns going clockwise.

hi, im looking to rub 295 on my car is well with a wheel that has the same offset as yours in the rear, what do you mean by the plastic nub? does it actually hit the part of the fender that is painted? does it cause any visual damage or anything like that and has it gone away? sorry for all the questions but im new to this and thought you might know the answers considering your situation thanks alot

I have 220M (stock suspension, w/ EDC, no spacers) and just about to get a new tire set. I was thinking going with PSS but also wanted to go bit bigger in tire size if possible.
what would work on these? highest tire size for front and rear that will give me no rub at all. Thanks all for your input.

i'd run a spacer up front and then it would look perfect.

I have HRE p43sc on order and I'm debating what size tires to go with I'm putting them on an e90.. (F) 19x9.0 ET 22 (R) 19x10.5 ET 27. I was thinking of putting on PSS and sizes F 255/35 R 285/35.. Do you guys think I'd rub? My suspension is currently stock.. I wanna try and stick with a 35 profile I don't like thin profiles. Any thoughts?

However I would go 9.5 front and 10.5 rear to maintain the OEM 1" stagger and size your tires accordingly to maintain the OEM 20mm stagger. If you decide to go with a 295 rear I would recommend running an 11" wheel as the 295 looks very square on a 10.5" wheel and you need to sacrifice some offset due to this. |

I was afraid of doing a 9.5 in the front i thought id def rub. Well I ordered the rims already so it's too late :/ what are the down sides of being more than 1 in? It was actually recommended.. I just checked your right they don't make it in a 285. So should I go 275 or 295? Wouldn't a 295 rub thought?

I tried running 295/35/19 PSS but at ET 22 there was rubbing. I believe ET 27-28 will work with the 295 wide rear, however I would search the forums to double check. |

Another input for the "database"
What won't rub - even on the track 265/35-18 Michelin Pilot Cup tires on all 4 corners FRONT: 9,5x18 ET23 w 10mm spacer which results in an ET13 REAR: 9,5x18 ET23 w 15mm spacer which results in an ET8 here's a picture of how it looks ![]()
