Replaced Rears at 24,875 (Michelin Pilot Sport) with Pilot Super Sports.
Still have maybe 4 mm ish on OEM Pilot Sports on front at 29,000 and counting.

Had to replace mine early due to a nail, an since I had a track weekend coming up I couldn't safely use a patch (wanted to get PSSes anyway), but based on tread depth I probably would have reached 2/32" replacement time at around 12K on the rears and 15K on the fronts. Those were PS2s, which have a 220 treadwear rating; the PSSes have a 300 rating. My driving is roughly 50/50 city driving and harder back road + track driving, almost no freeway driving. I don't kick the back out around turns or anything like that.
I admit I was expecting a bit more life than that but it's still worth it IMHO. The tires are great, the PSSes are a lot cheaper, and you gotta pay to play I guess!

PS2s: Rears last about 10k miles, fronts last about 20k miles. This is with "brisk" or "enthusiastic" driving, but no burnouts, launch control, or other wild stuff.
I have high hopes that the new Pilot Super Sports (which handle great BTW) will increase the mileage. Plus, they have a mileage warranty that isn't invalidated by staggered tires! Cheers

Got 10k out of the right rear, 14k from left rear and fronts are at 17k with 50% left
Probably going to get 28-30k from the front. All 4 are p zeros |

I'm at 25k. Still have plenty of tread. I don't track or burn the rears though

I still have PS2s at the front and the overall balance of the car is just phenomenal with this mix of tyres.
