Mildew in trunk

A bottle of water spilled in my trunk. The car now smells bad. Anyone know of a good product to kill mildew in the carpets? Does anyone know the price to replace the carpet in the trunk?

When you say carpet, do you just mean the fiberboard with the felt on it? Or are you talking about a trunk mat?

You can try cleaning it with some carpet cleaner and let it air dry outside and see what happens. The fiberboard won't usually soak up water unless it's somewhat submerged for long periods.
