Hey guys,

Don't want to post a long thread at this moment. Just wanted to get a feeler on the car! This is my 2nd M. Recently purchased a Jeep to haul around our family pets. Don't drive this much anymore. My loss is your gain.

Purchased January 6th, 2012.
Car is pristine. Garage kept. Hasn't seen a drop of rain. Weekend/evening car as of July '12.
Fully loaded 2012 E92 M3. Every option. Carbon roof. Mineral White on Black.
DCT Trans.
MSRP $75,500.
8.5k miles.

Unfortunately, I can't go down on the price. I would have to pull out of pocket. I will post the payoff tomorrow, but I can't see it being less than $70k.

If you take over the lease as a stock car, there will obviously be no money owed to seller. All that would be required is the $500 lease transfer fee from BMW FS.

Car sounds awesome based on what you said

I would not be interested in a lease however so my question is when you do a buyout is the seller responsible for all the sales taxes since you didn't pay full tax on the car?

I'm interested if the price is right but at the price you are asking you're going to have a tough time selling it since that is basically what 2013's with super low miles are going for on cars.com, etc.

I assume if you purchase the car outright you will only be responsible for the sales tax on the current payoff amount.

Definitely benefits those who are wanting a lease, not a buy

My payment is based on $500 below invoice with 0 down.
