Duncan checked the Peaks today, and we weren't able to make reservations for everyone. You will need to make your own accommodations for the time that you are up. Let me know if you have any questions on where to look. You can also use this thread to group up as well.

As it stands, we have 12 people confirmed in our group, and an additional 2 unconfirmed, so as it stands, we're at the $300/day mark.

We'll start confirming (i.e. taking payments) either late next week or the week after.

Nope we have 2 suites at the Golf course that will sleep 6 for Saturday night which are spoken for right now.There are more suites available for Friday night for those that are up only for Saturday.

They also have suites at the track which are quite nice.I remember that the pricing was not too bad and they are quite nice.

Alright people, its time to start confirming attendance for Calabogie. If you're going to be attending, please shoot me a PM stating the following:

1. Year, Make, Model of your car
2. Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced run group
3. Orientation required (mandatory for people at the track for the first time)
4. Which day(s) you will be attending.

I will then send payment instructions based on the number of confirmations.

If you have any question regarding the event, including questions about instruction, please post in this thread.
