I am selling my IB E92 M3 6MT.

46k miles. Mostly highway miles from NYC to Binghamton, NY.

I am selling because I am moving and need a sedan or a SUV.

Car is located in NY.

Selling Price $38,000 Price dropped.!!!!!

I am also willing to trade with a 2008 E90 M3 or X5 3.0i with smiliar miles, locally.

Car still for sale? I think you mean you pay no taxes on the first $37k on the new car. So a comparable private sales price would be $40,191, assuming 8.625% sales tax. Correct?
