They work exactly the same way as with non retrofitted CIC ... We installed quite a few of them along with CIC retrofits.

I have rear sensors will the rear camera interfere with the sensors? Would they both work while in reverse or just the camera?

The camere kit will integrate with the PDC and will work on conjunction.

You can have PDC and rear cam image be displayed at the same time or you can have them displayed separately. There are around 6 different settings you can choose from.
