He has a pretty loose shirt on and if you look it over laps on itself so from what I can tell one hit him and one just snagged the shirt.

Typical police, the guys was going to get down on the ground like they order him then they jump him. No sure if the prongs hit him but keep in mind tazer are design to work through cloths. Even if they did gut stuck in the cloth it should have hit him and the fact you can hear the sound tells you it made contact since it will not discharge without making a completed circuit.

You hit a guy with a tazer and he does not go do would you try jumping on him. They were lucky he already decide to give up and go to the ground, otherwise I think he would have messed those cops up.

dude wasn't moving until they grabbed his arms, and it looked like he was just going to curl up into a ball.

you're 100% wrong. the x26 taser will cycle regardless if prongs make contact. it will cycle for the full five seconds even if there is no cartridge in it.

those darts travel fast, but don't have much push behind them. they are very likely to be stopped by loose fitting clothing.

Make this guy a moderator - he obviously knows what he's talking about and has great grammar to boot.
