Need tire advice

I need new tires as mine are all but destroyed. My issue is this; I live in nc and its just raining constantly and the winter is coming, if u can call it that, and I need advice on what tires to. Buy. I'm currently running 245/265 on stock 18s.

Michelin PSS? I'm running them in the rear (original PS on fronts) and no issues in rain here in Atlanta.

Depends on your budget. If you want the best of the best then go with Michelin Pilot Super Sports. If you want to be a bit budget friendly then go with the Hankook V12's which are good in the rain and dry.

Does size matter? I was wanting to go a little wider in front and back but with the stock rims. I'm. Not sure I will be able to.

+2. I like my AD08 better for dry track use, but either of these two choices is better for your purposes.

Look into the Continental DW. I have them and they are a good dry/wet high performance street tire with a good price point.

I've been reading reviews on the hankook v12. And it's saying it has a soft sidewall is that going to be a big issue because I do a lot of "spirited" driving. Also a lot of highway miles

Get the Michelin PSS its common knowledge they are the best all around tire in this class.

C&D also seems to think so..
