43000 Mile Maint
My car is warning me that I need new pads at 43k. No more free maint. Any opinions on who in the NoVa area is good and less expensive than the dealerships?

depending on where you are in NOVA, try J&F Motors in Arlington.
They are in south Arlington, on 4 Mile Run Drive I think. Very knowledgeable and experienced with BMWs. If you're out by the Reston/Dulles area, another alternative is RRT. Or perhaps you could try Curry's Auto Service.

are you supplying the brakes pads and other parts yourself? If you want to go OEM, i suggest you buy the materials online and take them to install it.

I will be replacing my rear brake pads and rotors... bought the rotors for 240 used with less than 1k miles and pads for 110 new... and dealer wants $750+ i dont know i think DIY is your best policy since your asking a place for a good deal...
