Yes its that time of year. I know it seems like forever since the spring event. I want to thank everyone that went to the Spring HPDE for the great turn out. I know you all are ready for the fall event. Its time to exercise those legs on your car! HERE IT IS! This fall we will be back at,

MotorSport Ranch in Cresson on October 20 & 21
We are proud to give you ,

THE TEXAS TWO STEP
Saturday is Counter Clockwise
Sunday is Clockwise

Entry fees: $295 for students with instructors
$275 for solo students
4 run groups
Novice(instructor)
Intermediate(instructor)
Advanced(instructor & solo)
Advanced+(solo)

t-shirts will be available for an extra $15

MAJOR NEWS PEOPLE!
The Lone Star Chapter is working on a HUGE event for next year, something that everyone would be over the top to do. The ONLY way you may get a chance to is to have participated in one of our HPDE's in the last 2 years. In doing that you will receive a special invitation that only previous participants will receive. This fall event may be your last chance to get on that list. Trust me you REALLY don't want to miss out on that invite.

1.7, I think you can only run the 3.1 one direction (CCW).

correct the 3.1 can only be run CCW. this is the 1.7 both directions

This sounds like a worthy challenge. CCW and CW are very different. A lot more than TWS or HMSR.

What do I need to do other than pay and register( the link doesnt work for me!)??

all you need to do is register and pay your fees. you need a SA2010 or M2010 helmet and a tech inspection done on your car prior to the event.

still looking. Any local 6spd that pops up get sold the same day.
There was a local non sunroof cloth seat m3 pop up monday. i told the salesguy i could only see it on tuesday, of course it sold on monday itself.

You'd probably be better of just going with an SMG car and converting it. There is one shop that I know has done the conversion. I believe the software is the PIA. The hardware is mostly straight forward. Or you have to travel. For some weird reason, there are a lot of 6MT cars in the upper Midwest it seems. I've looked in TX, they are hard to find.

...might be a tad off topic...

Registration closes on the 16th, t-shirts orders stop on the 7th (next weekend!) More students are needed. Also a reminder about the March event, by doing the October event gets you ADVANCED notification for registration of the March event! You really don't have time to wait on seeing what the weather forecast shows to register.
