Yep, if you upgrade to LCI tail lights, you would need a new trunk. The LCI tail lights have a different shape. You can get the Vorsteiner CSL boot lid

How do you like the UUC exhaust? I am considering one.
Hey, I love the exhaust. The sound is perfect.. I can't recommend the exhaust enough for the price you can get it for.

On spray painting an M3.. would you spray paint your M3 GTS exhaust too?

Well the only reason I would consider it on yours is because of the black car and blacklines..it's very dark back there (I have 08 JB with blacklines) so i would want to continue with that. Either way it looks great, I just think it stands out a bit.

You are right. I've strongly considered it, and even bought the paint. But then I look at the can of spray paint and my M3... and just can't do it. lol

Sounds good to me. I have another car event that I'm going to this Saturday, so I'm not sure that I'll make C&C this month, but I have to find out the time of the other event I'm attending first.

No need to go that low, maybe just 1/2 an inch to make the stance right - no need to tuck.

That's much better than looking like an SUV. But if you're planning on off roading, more power to you.

It looks fine to me with the 1-2 inch gap. Im not looking to alter the suspension on this car in any way just to make it look "cool".. no point. Plus I've got EDC.

Its your car, love the wheels though.

Now I don't have to imagine what they'd look like on my black E90...

looks great in my opinion!!!! I firmly agree with your decision not to drop it. Sure it will look better, but given this is a car designed to perform well, I find it hard to believe that throwing some $300 springs onto your car and randomly altering the suspension geometry is going to make it handle better than the suspension setup designed and tested by a team of BMW M Engineers with Millions of dollars of R&D backing and hundreds if not thousands of hours of track testing.

What size tires did you go with?

Thanks for posting these pictures!! (I know it has been a while)...but I have the exact same car (model and color) and was looking to add these wheels to it without lowering the car. Thanks to your post, I can see how it looks and it looks pretty damn good!

Thanks again for the post!

Are those wheel specs accurate? I thought the widest diameter for those were 19x9 & 19x10 respectively?
