CA Considering Rereleasing Old Plates

As someone who got pulled over for having a black replica plate, I'm rather excited about this news. CA is considering issuing black and yellow plates again, as well as the blue/yellow from the 70s.

As the article states,

I got a plate styled exactly like the CA 60s plates made with my actual plate characters. Apparently the issue is that it's not reflective enough

No plates on the front (got a ticket for that too

)

The answer: full refund if they don't get the 7500 applications. Off to go find that application now...
