Unable to rename albums?

I just had my amp replaced and the software updated and since then the option to rename my albums is gray and not selectable? The albums I am trying to rename had been renamed before this so I know it's not the discs. Any ideas?

I'd do a backup to a USB drive
Delete all the songs on I drive
And restore the backup and see if that helps
