We are highly recognized for our work in the Nissan/Infiniti scene, we slowly began to slip our fingers into BMW headlights in 2010, and in Spring 2011 we sponsored Martino Auto Concept’s Mean Green E92 ///M3 build by fabricating a concept headlight design with matching Matte Finish 1x1 Carbon Fiber bezels, “true white” LED lighting, and LCI style turn signal bezels built out of scratch. Ever since we performed services on: E46, E90 LCI, E92, E71 & F30 lights, most jobs featuring LCI style LED AE retrofit, and some featuring quad bi-xenon projector retrofits.

We continue to research and cross-test new technology between various applications within Audi, BMW, Infiniti & Nissan to make sure we’re able to provide the latest technology from the worlds premium vehicles.

Orb LED Rings (Luce Produkt Innovations) - $300.00
Newly developed LED rings featuring intensely bright LEDs enclosed with a clear tubing using BMW's "CELIS" design to evenly distribute the light around the entire loop. These rings are precisely designed to fit the projector shrouds extremely flush like OEM. From a distance the rings appear to be solid, from up close you can notice the individual LED's. The inner (smaller) ring features 66 super bright SMD LED's, while the outer (larger) ring features 78 super bright SMD LED's, a total of 144 LED's per headlight. Easily visible and distinguished even in direct sunlight.

What the Orb LED rings offer that other full replacement LED rings on the market don't:
-Solid outer ring while still retaining a larger diameter than the inner ring -Evenly spaced LED
-OEM placement, the inner ring is replaced directly with the factory ring, while the outer ring sits snug and flows within the lines of the headlight bezel
-PURE White color, no hue of blue or yellow, portraying the current and future of the LED technology in OEM applications.

The Orb LED rings are not a directly replacement but DO NOT require any cutting or melting to the headlights, simply put in place and secure with small dabs of glue supplied with the kit. EASILY reversible to factory AE rings.

Clear Euro Projector Xenon Lenses - $75.00
OEM xenon projector lenses use fresnel lenses, they are normally semi-frosted, or have small lines embedded into the glass, along with a big bulged line across it. This is made to dim the beam and soften the output of your projectors for US DOT standards so you're not getting the full performance out of your projectors as you should. These replacement lenses sharpen the output, and clarity for best light distribution. For even better results, some modification to the cut off shield (the high-beam flap) is required.

Have any of your customers experienced moisture in the headlights after your procedure? It seems if its not 100% resealed correctly that problem may exist.

It has happened in the past before, which we immediately took care of. We haven't experienced it recently. We take strong precautions when resealing the headlights and sometimes add more sealant.

We also noticed that some headlights out of the factory may experience condensation. Cars that were brand new had stains of dried up moisture on the inside of the lens, as well as visible condensation.

Your referring to the e90 I'm assuming... If so the turn signal lens on that headlight is pretty huge so I don't know how it would look with the LCi style Lens. I would recommend simply smoking the reflector behind it.

I just increased the voltage to my AE rings through nettodat coding with NCSexpert and they look awesome as they are brighter now at 13.7 compared to factory of 11~ volts!!! Thanks guys as these lights are one of my best cosmetic mods ever. I will be coming soon to get my HID fogs lights to match my AEs! So many neck breaking stares I get these days when these puppies are lite as DRls!

Saw this beautiful car with the oneighty mods done and they look awesome, these guys really do some incredible works, and BTW that vert there is no joke, nerve breaking fast.
