The Harley or the Monster.
Among having the least extreme power curve of the four, you said this will be a daily driver, these will be much more comfortable and forgiving for those kinds of duties.

Consider the Hypermotard 796. It is by far the easiest to ride compared to any of the bikes you've mentioned. Riding position is more upright. It will be the easiest to learn on too. The wide bars and upright riding position make the bike handle telepathically, like a bicycle. Very little countersteering pressure is needed. It is also one of THE funnest bikes to own and ride.

Suzuki SV650 or Ninja 650R Of course, no one ever listens to that anyways. That being said just about everyone will just go out and buy whatever they fall in love with, but if you would like to save your money for after you have learned to ride a bit better, and not be dissapointed in the meanwhile, those two bikes are great handling, beginner friendly, forgiving, and yet not underpowered. Also you can pick them up dirt cheap, and sell them a year later and hardly lose any money.

^Drooool
RC51 will always be my favorite production sportbike. Aesthetically I just dont think they will get any better than that. And then theres the Litre Twins scream...straight music. Forever looking for a nice clean one at a decent price. Would probably hold onto it forever.

^nothing wrong with someone riding within their comfort level or within what public roads will allow.
That whole get rid of the strips mentality is what leads to people being incredibly dumb on the streets, carrying very un-needed lean angle, and engraving poor body position into your muscle memory. Im knees down all over the track and still have a half inch of "chicken strips" left. Guess I dont know what Im doing.

Fantastic comment !! ![]() This is what divides dumbasses from intelligent riders. I`m not an experienced biker, although I like my S1000RR a lot, but I do ride it with respect and within my competence....so I have chicken stripes, who cares? This is what it is all about, no more, no less......... BTW, the blue-fire S1000RR is just amazing, take good care of her, it will be a rare color...... |

My first thought was that it reminds me of the MotoGP Rizzla blue color. Which is a fantastic thing. Love that color!
