Nate@IND & Jesal@IND - Now I know why they have the reputation they have

I've been looking for a 3D Design e-brake lever, but heard they're backordered. I PM'ed Nate. He said they got them in and are in stock, so I sent him payment last week.

As with most online shopping nowadays, product that is in stock normally ships the next day (or same day for certain shops). Fast forward to yesterday and still no tracking info, so I PM Nate. As it turns out, he's out sick but still checking his PM's

and says he will forward my message to the IND crew.

I get a PM from Jesal this morning. No excuses from IND, only an apology...the way it should be done. No excuses like certain vendors. Jesal explained that they did have it in stock but another sales guy sold it and Nate didn't know. He apologized for the confusion, said they would get more in next week, and said "Because of the mistake on our end, we would like to offer you free painted reflectors and an IND t-shirt"... Talk about going above and beyond.

Keep up the great service IND crew

damn they didnt do that for me after sending me a f'ed up front lip and then waiting 3 months for it.

To close the loop...

Communication has continued to be stellar. Each PM from Jesal was accompanied by a "thank you for being patient" and an apology for the delayed shipping.

Jesal went above and beyond as well:

1) The painted reflectors that he offered to me - I plan on shaving the reflectors on my car, and so asked if I could apply the credit towards the ///M-stitched DCT & e-brake boot that I will be buying. He said OK without hesitation.

2) Jesal personally dropped off the package at UPS on his way home so it would get to me sooner

I had the same experience with them. The reflectors that they sent to me were incorrect but the got everything fixed and sent the correct ones and they didnt even want the old ones back.

I have bought from iNd for a few years and then recently on business stopped by to visit them while I was in Chicago. They are for real and sincerely are interested in doing the right thing for all of their Customers. They earn their good reputation daily.

yea, i waited a full week for an item to ship which was in stock!/// seems long to me, as i had to leave on a one month vacation in two weeks from date ordered i made sure it would arrive in time before i leave for vacation. Now i don't know if it will and there will be no one home to accept the shipment! I am a little disappointed with my first purchase from IND.. ( tri stitched DCT shift boot and brake boots w///M power E brake handle )

Sorry to hear that! This is 100% my fault. We had some quality control issues with the boots and pulled all of them to have new ones made so that they were perfect. In doing so we had a few upset customers since the shipping timeline changed. Please email us at support@ind-distribution.com so that we can redirect the package if needed until you get back.
