I'm curious if the 18" Set would clear Brembo 380mm BBK.

Also the size you saying 18x9.5+15 (would that be very sticking out), the 18x10.5 +25 sounds normal

Yes the 18" setup will clear the 380 kit. These will fit just like the 18" TE37SL clearance wise.

The +15 is an aggressive size, it will sit more flush with the front fender.
