I have the F1 EVO exhaust.

Bottom line: love it, expensive but 2 exhausts in one, HUGE difference between open and closed valves (open sounds like nothing I have ever heard besides some exotics, closed is perfect for daily driving), great quality, definitely feel the power gain

For what it's worth, we just ran at Laguna Seca this last Sunday with the full IPE exhaust.
We registered 108 db with valves open at Thunderhill during a previous event and wondered if we could get by at Laguna with the valves closed. Sunday had a 90 db limit and we were able to fly under the limit all day! Talk about best of both worlds One of our buddies in a 91 Honda Accord got flagged twice for 91 db. haha

^^^Although I don't have the Evo setup (I'm running the "regular" Innotech full exhaust system), I must say that I feel this way as well.

The whole setup is more than what I've imagined it to be. Upon talking to John from Rimier MS AND hearing Rimier MOSports M3 in person, like the OP- I was hooked. Thanks Mike!

As others have said, you "get" 2 exhausts in one, the exotic/wild sounding sound & an option to run quiet as a mouse. OR run on auto mode.

Driving with valves open & blippin that throttle on a good shift/rev is the best sound in the world. These exhausts make a DCT M3 sound wicked!!!

The 991 Carrera 'S' has an exhaust valve option. Sooner or later, I think this will be a "regular thing" in all sports cars.

This pretty much hits it on the head, I have the sport like MHershey though... The sounds when you back off the throttle and with the DCT are

The video that John and Mike put together is still one of the best to show each side of it. Although as you know in person it sounds sooo much more aggressive
