Anyone know this '11 E92 for sale in Houston?

Seems to be priced to sell but has been around for about 6 weeks so I am wondering what it wrong with it. I'm not local so I can't check it out but curious if anyone has.

I spoke with the dealer a few weeks ago, when it was listed for a couple grand more, and I just didn't get a good feeling from them. But as price keeps dropping I find it hard to ignore.

I have done business with BMW of the Woodlands. I have purchased 3 BMW's from the group that owns the Woodlands dealership. I actually got my first 330CI from the Woodlands dealership. The group that owns that dealership also owns another BMW dealership in Houston and a Merc dealship right next door. I bought my '12 M3 E92 from the Houston location.

They are a very reputable and large company. I would not worry about the car. These guys are not a fly by night group. Take a look at the Car Fax and ask questions.

If I still lived up that way I would stop and have a look for you. Maybe this weekend.

I ran the VIN, seems like its actually a DCT?

Edit, just looked the pictures, it is a DCT. I was wondering because their ad says Manual.

The dealership was still there when SSkelton went by there wasn't it?. They haven't updated their website today so they are not a good company to deal with?

I've noticed a lot of the DCTs will come up under search for "manuals." But I'm looking for a DCT.

While they may be the first salesmen with whom I spoke flat out lied to me and wouldn't really lift a finger to get me any info. I then spoke with the pre-owned sales manager and while very nice he didn't seem too interested in my business. I wouldn't be surprised the car has been there 6 weeks. Many of the M3s I looked at had been on the lot for 1-2 months when I purchased mine. The market for 45k+ used cars that get 14mpg isn't really awesome right now.
